Question by PinkBlue: I am on diet, and I would like to know if my “today’s menu” was fine?
Breakfast: 2 multigrain waffles, 2 morning star links, 1 glass of orange juice.
Lunch: Pita bread filled with lettuce, spinach, fat free feta cheese, dry cranberries, light balsamic vinegar.
Snack: 3 boiled eggs
Dinner: 2 small sweet potato

In two weeks, I have lost 4 pounds so far. Today I included the potato for dinner, ’cause I love those. Now, I feel full and guilty!

It’s neither. Diet soda is actually worse than regular soda so I doubt vegetarians or vegans would drink it. Diet soda has nothing to do with being vegan or vegetarian and more to do with weight loss, but if you want to lose weight drinking soda won’t help you.
